Kensington Park Townhomes is a smaller and unique gated community of duplexes in the North Ranch section of Westlake Village. It is located close to shopping centers and restaurants, and accessible via walking. The streets have a very nice curb appeal and there is a natural creek that flows outside of the community. There are about 50 homes in the Kensington Park Townhomes gated community. The homes were built in the early 1990’s and they range from 1,900-2,500 sq ft in size.
