Northgate Townhomes

Northgate townhomes is a small gated community in Thousand Oaks with about 100 homes. Homes in this beautiful community range from 1,400 – 2,100 sq ft and were built in 1980’s. They cost about $600,000 – $775,000. There are many beautiful oak trees in the Northgate community giving the complex a very warm feel. Most homes have back patios and a view of the wash that runs through the neighborhood.
